“Kindness is Contagious. Together we can change the world one person at a time.”
Greetings!!!
This day forward the name Dallas Teague Snider will also be known as The Kindness Coach. Whether it is customer service, civility, business etiquette and international protocol each topic can all be described as forms of kindness. I look forward to the day when there is too much GOOD news. It's time to get back to what really matters, relationships. Kindness is a essential element for business success in an economic downturn.
I will share inspirational stories of everyday Acts of Kindness. Be sure to let me know if you have a story to share about a special everyday hero.

Hello, Dallas, the Kindness Coach! I would like a to share of story of one of my SHEros.
Dale Cooper is the kindest, most dedicated professional I’ve ever met. Not only is she the business administrator of Birmingham’s Jimmie Hale Mission, but… she is also my sweet mother.
Kindness defines her. When I was a child, cruelty, prejudices and any form of arrogance were not tolerated. At an early age, she taught me an old Jewish proverb, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” Being considerate, speaking responsibly, and pointing out the positive characteristics and actions of family, friends and even perfect strangers were all lessons in kindness which she taught by example.
She and my father, Tony, have been serving at the Mission for nearly two decades. Her commitment to its financial integrity is unswerving, and her concern for those in need is ever-present. Even fellow coworkers and visitors immediately recognize her as a “safe place” and feel at ease when she’s around.
Dear Mr. Cooper,
Thank you for your wonderful story of a definite SHEro. I do hope that her story will inspire others to be their own light in the world.
Teaching by example is the only way.
Have a wonderful day!
Dallas
